One morning, as Josephine (Mason Reeves) and her dad (Channing Tatum) go on an early walk through Golden Gate Park, Josephine wanders away and witnesses a horrifying act of sexual violence. When Josephine’s dad catches up, he helps the police track down and arrest the attacker, however when it comes time to go to trial, Josephine was the sole witness of the crime. As the trial gets closer, Josephine begins to act out aggressively towards her parents and at school, coping with PTSD and her struggles to comprehend what she saw in the park that morning.
