The loss of a loved one is one of the most earth-shaking things that any person can experience. To lose someone suddenly and in an unexpected manner can leave one looking for any way to grasp back control. For 12-year-old Ella, the death of her sister pushes her deep into the game of Minecraft, where she can control every aspect of her perfectly designed world. Meanwhile, her mother looks to reclaim control by carrying out the family vacation that was planned before the tragedy.
