This year marks the 20th anniversary of the London Blizzard Invitational, welcoming close to 50 teams from across Canada and the United States for one of the largest sledge hockey tournaments in the country. The Invitational features multiple divisions—Competitive, Novice, and Junior—showcasing athletes of all skill levels as they compete in an exciting display of speed, skill, and determination.
Games will take place throughout the weekend at the Western Fair Sports Centre, featuring both round-robin and playoff action. Admission is free, and spectators are encouraged to attend, cheer on the teams, and experience the incredible energy that fills the arena.
In addition to great hockey, the event will include fun activities for all ages, such as a silent auction, vendor displays, and special “try-it” opportunities where fans can experience what it’s like to play sledge hockey firsthand.
