At the table, five thoughtfully composed courses celebrate Ontario’s agricultural roots, crafted with ingredients sourced from nearby farms and producers. Each dish is paired with hand-selected beers and wines curated to deepen flavour and spark conversation, hosted by a certified beer cicerone.
