Welcome back to Great Balls of Fire!
Great Balls of Fire is an annual musical fundraiser held in honour of Nicholas Greeson, who passed away at age 23 in 2018 after a courageous six-year battle with testicular cancer. The event aims to keep Nick’s memory alive, raise awareness of cancer in young adults, and generate funds for Young Adult Cancer Canada (YACC), an organization that provides support for families affected by youth cancer. Specifically, the fundraiser seeks to send as many young adult cancer patients as possible to a YACC conference, where they can receive much-needed moral support. The event also promotes awareness of Movember and Testicular Cancer Canada.
