Hike for Hospice is an annual fundraiser hosted by St. Josephs Hospice London to help raise funds to keep the facility running and afford the resources needed to support the community around us. For this Hike, participants can either come individually or with teams and enjoy a morning walking in nature with music, food, games and more! We ask participants to go to their community and ask for donations to "sponsor" their team. The participants can choose who they are walking for and there are prizes for the teams and individuals who raise the most! Hospice's vision is to create a community that honours people as they journey to life's end and to provide a haven where the palliative, the caregiver and the bereaved experience compassion, hope, and healing. Your gift allows us to continue offering our unique, wrap-around care not only to palliative individuals in the London-Middlesex community, but to their loved ones before, during, and after they've passed.
