    This year will mark the 24 year at Springbank Gardens hosting a charitable walk for those affected by ALS – a neurological disease with no cure. Approximately 350 people attend to meet at and walk at our family friendly event 2.5 one direction and turn around for a total of 5km walk Maurice Chapman Walkway , Staff and Volunteers help to run, speakers will attend, bottled water and prepackaged food will be available.

In its 12th year, Srishti Foundation brings the joyous, festival of Holi to downtown London, ON at Victoria Park. In the year 2024, we are looking forward to having about 5,000 people as a floating crowd within and outside of London. Together in the riot of colours, a joyous celebration of Holi will take place with folk dances, high-energy drummers, musicians and DJ, and other lines of activities, etc. preserving the theme that we are one, beneath all the colours. Every year people from different ethnicities enjoy and play with synchronized colour throws and dance to a mix of tunes. It’s always been an ocean of youthful energy, love, life, and happiness with attendees dancing. The festival promotes unity, diversity, and the idea of celebrating the beauty of life together. It encourages people to come together in the spirit of love and harmony. The Holi festival provides a unique platform for cross-cultural interactions, allowing attendees to immerse themselves in a different culture actively. This event invites local and international artists, showcasing a fusion of traditional and contemporary artistic expressions. People from all walks of life, socio-economic spectrum, various ethnic groups, different cultures, and beliefs, get together and interact to know about each other more. By attracting a large number of attendees and featuring local businesses, especially food vendors, this event also aims to stimulate the local economy.
