    Celebrate the Mill Pond

    Celebrate the Dorchester Mill Pond at this free event for all ages! There will be lots of hands-on, interactive activities to explore, including: - planting wildflowers and aquatic plants (bring rubber boots!), - archeology dig, - drumming circle, - community art, - guided walks, - yoga in the park, - fish discovery activity, - music and open mic!     UFL is proudly hosting our second annual Rhubarb-Fest on Saturday June 1, 2024 from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. This event is a celebration of rhubarb, our community, and so much more, and there is no entry fee! Our Rhuby Cafe will be serving up scrumptious foods like rhubarb crumble with ice cream. Our plant sale is the perfect chance to pick up vegetable seedlings, houseplants, and even your very own rhubarb. And our bake table offers delectable home-made treats. We will also feature community organizations and children's activities. Our building is accessible, there is free parking on-site, and this is an inclusive event. Please note we can only accept cash.
