Housed in a historic building in London's Artisanal Sector that dates to 1886, Union Ten Distilling Co. offers a contemporary design of reclaimed and restored architectural elements. They have created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere to host any occasion featuring four distinct spaces in 19,000 sq. ft: A working distillery and production facility, the Live Edge Tasting Bar, the Whisky Jack Hall with access to a private sand beach patio and the new Gray Jay Lounge.
The newly installed ‘Stone Fired’ oven brings a unique outdoor flavour element to the menu, which features seasonally innovative items that reflects distillery’s products and local creative culinary talents.
