The Home County Music & Art Festival began in 1974 as the Home County Folk Festival. In the ensuing 43 years it has continued to present a wide range of musical styles and genres in live performances by amazing Canadian artists. Daytime programming features concerts and informal interactive workshops with musicians joining in with each other on stage. Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings feature concerts showcasing several different acts each night.
Home County is also renowned for its juried craft show. Craft booths showcase Canadian artisans and include pottery, glass, jewelry, fine art, textiles, metal, wood, photography and gourmet foods.
You can also come and observe several Canadian artisans demonstrating their craft in our craft demonstration area.
The festival also features over 30 food vendors offering a wide variety of cuisines.
Our Family Area is a great place for kids to develop their own appreciation for music and crafts.
