Home County Music & Art Festival is one of London's major summer festivals. This "admission by donation" event features Canada’s best roots, traditional and indie folk/pop acts.
The Home County Music & Art Festival began in 1974 as the Home County Folk Festival. Over the next 43 years, it has continued to present a diverse array of musical styles and genres through live performances by exceptional Canadian artists. Daytime programming includes concerts and informal interactive workshops where musicians collaborate on stage. Evenings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday feature concerts with various acts each night.
The festival is also well-known for its juried craft show, where craft booths highlight Canadian artisans. These include pottery, glass, jewelry, fine art, textiles, metalwork, woodcraft, photography, and gourmet foods.
Attendees can observe Canadian artisans demonstrating their craft in the designated craft demonstration area.
Additionally, the festival boasts over 30 food vendors offering a wide range of cuisines.
The Family Area provides a great space for children to develop their appreciation for music and crafts.
The festival takes place at Victoria Park, 509 Clarence St., bordered by Dufferin, Clarence, Central, and Wellington.
