    Tourism London would be happy to provide delegate kits for your London conference. Delegate kits include brochures, pins, bags and complimentary London Transit Passes for all delegates during your conference. Contact us at least 2 months before your conference to ensure sufficient lead time.

    London has over 3500 hotel rooms. Utilizing our relationships with accommodation providers, we will work to help secure accommodations that best fit the needs of your event and help review your options.

    Venues & Suppliers

    London has a number of outstanding venues that can accommodate a variety of different events, as well as premier local suppliers to help bring your event to life. Our team will work with you to secure the venue and necessarily suppliers that best fits your needs including live entertainment, printing, AV needs and more. We can also assist with contract negotiations and site visits where required.

    Food Services

    London has a very diverse culinary scene. With restaurants and caterers to suit all tastes and dietary needs, we can help coordinate food services no matter the size and requirements of the group.

    Transportation

    Tourism London can help arrange any transportation needs for your participants to, from and while in London for your event. This includes air, rail, bus and public transportation

  • Our London conference and tradeshow was a huge success. It was nothing short of spectacular, and I owe it all to the incredible venues, hotels and service providers that made it happen. From the bustling energy of RBC Place to the cozy vibes at Toboggan Brewing Company, every venue was a gem.   • Thank you, Tourism London and the City of London for your tremendous efforts to make the National Conference on Ending Homelessness the success that it was. From the RFP process, through the planning and execution, this was one of our best projects in a quarter century of business. Our client, the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness, considers this to be the most successful CAEH Conference to date. The attainment of CAEH's goals is in large part attributable to the involvement of the local community, especially those involved with the homeless. Having Tourism London at the table as a partner was also quite valuable. Overall there were more than 1,000 participants in the Conference and by all accounts the London Convention Centre (now renamed to RBC Place London) was and is an excellent facility to host an event of this nature.
