In the middle gallery at MGG new works by London, ON artist Doug Mitchell will be exhibited. Mitchell is a multimedia artist who works with many different mediums such as painting, sculpture, sound, and photography. His new sculptures investigate the spectrum and reflection of colour, both in its presence as well as its absence. By painting one panel side white and the other side with colour, Mitchell explores the possibilities of colour and how they can be modified with light.
Doug Mitchell will be present for the opening reception on Saturday, May 23 from 2 PM - 4 PM.
