Developed by Sifton Properties and resting on 70 acres in London, West 5 is a visionary achievement in sustainable living.

With a net zero target at the community level, West 5 is a neighbourhood that uses solar power as its main source of renewable energy. Sustainability is woven into the fabric of the building design, construction standards, and community planning.

West 5’s ambitious environmental goals also support London’s Climate Emergency Action Plan’s target of net zero community emissions.

Join Sifton leaders on this study tour to discuss existing and future development phases, the sustainable technology solutions powering the community, as well as the efforts to create an engaging, connected experience for residents, tenants, and the extended community.

The tour will begin in the beautiful Legacy Square park and will include a light walk that showcases the key features of West 5.
