An extraordinary evening of food, culture, and storytelling at the Museum London for the CISV 2nd Annual Gala — a one-of-a-kind event designed to take guests on a global culinary journey.
Led by the acclaimed team behind Yaya's Kitchen, this immersive dining experience goes far beyond a traditional gala. Guests will be invited to engage their senses through a 10–12 course blind tasting menu inspired by both traditional and contemporary West African cuisine. Each
dish is thoughtfully crafted to highlight bold flavours, cultural heritage, and innovative culinary
techniques, with a focus on vegan and fish-based creations.
The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a lively mingling reception (cash bar), offering guests the chance to connect and soak in the atmosphere before the culinary experience begins at 7 PM.
Designed as a fully immersive experience, the gala will also feature live music, a silent auction and curated moments that celebrate culture, creativity, and community. As the experience promises: it’s not just dinner — it’s a global adventure.
A portion of proceeds from the evening will support the work of CISV London, helping create opportunities for youth to participate in international programs focused on leadership and cultural exchange.
