RAW | RELEASE is a solo exhibition by artist Oliver that delves into the complexities of navigating trauma and mental illness. Featuring installation work, paintings, and ceramics, the show explores the consuming nature of thoughts and emotions tied to mental health struggles. Through visceral imagery and the recurring motif of birds as symbolic extensions of the self, Oliver communicates themes of isolation, resilience, and transformation.

Deeply personal yet universally resonant, the exhibition reflects Oliver’s journey of confronting and channeling his experiences with hardship and trauma into meaningful artistic expression. RAW | RELEASE invites visitors to engage in deeper conversations about mental health and the often-overlooked darker aspects of healing.

The exhibition runs from October 7 to November 1, 2025 in LAB 203, with an opening reception on Friday, October 10, from 5 PM to 7 PM.
