DOWNTOWN LONDON

Downtown London is made up of two complementary organizations - the London Downtown Business Association (LDBA) and MainStreet London - which are governed by two boards that share some common membership.
LDBA exists to represent the interests of member businesses, ensure retention and maintain the public realm. MainStreet’s mandate is the overall improvement of the core, including recruitment and revitalization.

THE ONTARIO CULINARY TOURISM ALLIANCE

A not for profit devoted to connecting taste-makers, sharing their stories & sparking delicious developments in food tourism. As experts in food tourism development, the Culinary Tourism Alliance seeks to ensure that authentic food experiences become a significant economic driver for communities across Ontario, and a primary way for travellers to enrich their experience.

THE TOURISM INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF ONTARIO (TIAO)

Recognized as the umbrella government advocacy organization serving Ontario’s diverse tourism industry. Collectively representing over 186,000 businesses and 389,000 employees across the province, TIAO provides a strong, unified voice for the sector. Their mission is to position Ontario’s tourism industry for growth and prosperity.

FESTIVALS & EVENTS ONTARIO (FEO)

FEO provides festival and event organizers across the province with a networking forum offering professional development opportunities and resources aimed to encourage professionalism and excellence in the delivery of festivals and special events. 
FEO also acts as an advocate for the industry identifying and working towards solutions on issues such as legislation, governance, product development, and initiating programs of benefit to the industry. The association also serves industry members whose goods and services are of use and benefit to Ontario’s festivals and special events.

CANADIAN MUSIC WEEK

Music Canada Live is the voice of Canada’s vibrant live music industry, working to advance and promote its many economic, social and cultural benefits. Founded in 2014 as a champion for the collective mission of the live music industry, Music Canada Live is an expert resource for members, including concert promoters, festivals, presenters, venues, agents, ticketing companies, industry associations and suppliers. CARAS (THE CANADIAN ACADEMY OF RECORDING ARTS AND SCIENCES)

The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) is a non-profit organization responsible for promoting Canadian music and artists. It administers the Juno Awards, the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and the MusiCounts music education charity. CARAS's mandate is to promote and celebrate Canadian music and artists. MusiCounts, Canada's music education charity associated with CARAS, is dedicated to ensuring that young Canadians regardless of socio-economic circumstances and cultural background have the opportunity to experience the joy of music, explore their talent, build self-esteem, and above all dream big.

ONTARIO ARTS COUNCIL

The Ontario Arts Council is an arm's-length agency of the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport. OAC's grants and services to professional, Ontario-based artists and arts organizations support arts education, Aboriginal arts, community arts, crafts, dance, Franco-Ontarian arts, literature, media arts, multidisciplinary arts, music, theatre, touring, and visual arts.

LONDON ARTS COUNCIL

The London Arts Council is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and the creative vitality of London. Through our administration of the City of London's Community Arts Investment Program (CAIP), the London Arts Council supports a range of artistic disciplines, including digital arts, film, literature, music, performing arts, and visual arts. CAIP provides operating funding for nonprofit arts organizations in London and project funding for organizations, artist collectives, and individual professional artists in London.

OMDC (ONTARIO MUSIC FUND)

OMDC supports the music industry with a variety of programs and services, including the Ontario Music Office which administers the Ontario Music Fund. The Ontario Music Office provides funding for the Ontario music industry through four streams of the Ontario Music Fund. OMDC helps Ontario’s music industry through a variety of initiatives, including Digital Dialogue. OMDC provides research on Ontario’s creative industries, including industry profiles. Our Online Research Library is accessible 24/7 and contains hundreds of OMDC-funded and other industry studies.

The London Musicians Association is a member driven non-profit professional association comprised of approximately 300 musicians throughout Southwestern Ontario. It is dedicated to establishing and maintaining professional standards, ethics and fees in the music industry. In addition to providing collective strength to establish and maintain these standards, we work with and for our members to provide a host of services and benefits useful in their careers.

OIART

Their Audio Recording Technology program trains students for careers in Music Production, Live Sound, Sound for Film/TV, Sound Design for Video Games, and Manufacturing Sales & Service in the audio industry. OIART's Career Placement Assistance results in 80-90% of their graduates starting their careers in this industry within 6 months of graduating.
