  • LONDON, ON (September 17, 2025) The stage is set for the best curlers in the world to descend on London, as the Grand Slam of Curling kicks off its 2025-26 season with the AMJ Masters, Sept. 23-28 at the Western Fair Sports Centre.

The AMJ Masters will feature 16 top men’s and 16 women’s teams from around the world competing for a combined $400,000 prize purse. Teams set to take the ice include world No. 1 Team Homan (Canada) and Team Mouat (Scotland), as well as Canadian and international favourites Team Gushue (Canada), Team Y. Schwaller (Switzerland), Team Einarson (Canada), and Team Tirinzoni (Switzerland). See here for a full team list and draw schedule.

Brad Gushue recently announced his retirement from competitive curling at the end of this season, so this makes the AMJ Masters the last opportunity for Londoners to see Gushue compete in the Forest City.

    Streaming

Every draw of the AMJ Masters will be available to live stream via the GSOC website.

A rotation of commentators will be featured on GSOC streams, led by former curler and award-winning podcaster John Cullen, providing play-by-play alongside analysis from three-time world champion Brent Laing and Robbie Doherty.

    Broadcast

Sportsnet remains the home of GSOC for Canadians, with television coverage from Thursday to Sunday. Veteran play-by-play announcer Rob Faulds has the call in the broadcast booth alongside Canadian Olympic medallists and curling analysts Jennifer Jones, Kevin Martin, and Mike Harris. Please visit www.sportsnet.ca for up-to-date scheduling info.

Additional GSOC Events in the Region

The inaugural GSOC Wheelchair Invitational will feature four teams - Canada Red, Canada White, Great Britain, and Italy - with round-robin play running Sept. 24-27 at the KW Granite Club in Waterloo, ON. The tournament will move over to the Western Fair Sports Centre for the bronze and gold medal games, taking place side-by-side with the AMJ Masters finals Sept. 28. The medal games will also be streamed via the GSOC website.

The AMJ Masters Tier 2 event will take place at the St. Thomas Curling Club in St. Thomas, ON. The Tier 2 division features the next group of teams from World Curling’s rankings as well as regional invites, with the goal of giving teams the opportunity to earn valuable points to move up the rankings.
