During events, Sport-Travel has been responsible for securing and booking accommodations for the athletes, coaches, referees, families and fans. For each World Championship Event, Sport-Travel houses the teams in university dormitories and hotels. This allowed them to monitor and coordinate the necessary transportation to and from the event, and to provide meals for the athletes. Sport-Travel can and will also organize day trips for any team that wish to travel to a scenic area of the city/province/state that is hosting the event.
