Growing Chefs! Ontario and the Rotary Satellite Club of London are have prepared a sweet cooking class for you: maple madness! If you've attended one of our cooking classes before, then you know you're in for a good time! Growing Chefs! Ontario Chef Ryan Wishak will provide expert step-by-step instructions for preparing the delicious meal pictured above: Maple Ginger Beer Mocktail, Smoked Cheddar and Leek Maple Souffle with Bacon Maple Brussels Sprouts and Baked Beans, finishing off with a delicious Maple Walnut Chomeur!
All proceeds will support Growing Chefs! Ontario's School Food Education Project and the Rotary Satellite Club of London's community projects.
