Gratitude! Appreciation!! Mindfulness! Joy! Positivity! Join us for a 5-week program focusing on the positivity and the gratitude we have in our lives. Each week, we dive into thought provoking questions that will make us think about the awesome moments around us! The last week will be an art session, where you will be able to create your own gratitude stone or object.
Mindful Self is a 5-weeklong series that meets at the CNIB London Community Hub every Wednesday (beginning May 31st) from 1 to 2 p.m. Eastern Time.
