This event is online Mastering Spices

Spices can elevate even the simplest dishes. In this class, Chef Ran will show you how to pair spices in a wide range of dishes including salads, vegetables, meats and desserts. Learn about making your own spice blends, the benefit to toasting spices and tips for buying and storing. Leave the class with a multitude of ways to spice up your cooking!

Class includes: a box of farro, a tin of za’atar, a portion of each oregano and Aleppo pepper and a jar of capers ($28 value)
