Learn how to cook with sustainable, restorative seafood that has a positive impact on the planet with this delicious, family-friendly recipe.

Join Growing Chefs! Ontario's own Chef Ryan Wishak as he leads you through a family-friendly recipe for “Nori Confetti Crepes with Garlic Cream Bivalves”. Co-hosted with Erika Bolliger from the Ocean Wise Seafood program, you will learn how the seafood in this recipe (mussels, clams, scallops, and seaweed) actively filters and cleans our oceans and improves local ecosystems!

WHO: Growing Chefs! Ontario, in partnership with the Ocean Wise Seafood program
WHAT: A virtual cooking and educational experience
WHEN: July 8, 2021 from 6-7pm, EST
PRICE: Registration is free! We welcome donations to support Growing Chef's children's food literacy programs, and Ocean Wise's sustainable seafood programs. Please give what you can to our not-for-profit organizations, with our thanks.
DETAILS: The full recipe, instructions and shopping list will be sent you in advance to cook along at home. Erika Bolliger of Ocean Wise Seafood will present a brief introduction to restorative seafood and the “Waves of Change” campaign to end overfishing.
MENU: Chef Ryan will be demonstrating a delicious seafood crepe!
