Sparta Lavender Farm is located 3 KM east from the village of Sparta. The farm is on 40 acres of Carolinian forest that has been designated as an Area of Natural and Scientific Interest (ANSI) due to the species of trees, plants and wildlife found here. This is the migration path for many seasonal birds and is home to many others including our favourite - the pileated woodpeckers!
