Four Ninety-nine Dufferin Avenue was built in 1873 and proudly encompasses all the characteristics of the Victorian Era. The current owners have recently and very carefully refurbished and restored this spectacular home to its original splendour. Its grandeur is apparent on arrival but its intimacy will entice you to stay and experience the ambience of a bygone era in modern day comfort. We welcome you and hope your stay is memorable. 

We are at the corner of Dufferin Avenue and Peter Street where you can pick up the route to Woodfield Walk. This walk takes you thru the Woodfield Heritage District where you will find lots of beautiful older homes and a walk thru Victoria Park.

Woodfield Bed and Breakfast is within walking distance of Richmond Row - a trendy shopping area. Victoria Park, The Grand Theatre, The Market on King Street and a myriad of great restaurants. The University of Western Ontario is a ten minute drive and all teaching hospitals are minutes away.
