Under the Volcano has served Londoners for over 40 years and has become London’s favorite place for Mexican cuisine. From its first location on Colborne Street to the iconic location on Riverside and Wharncliffe Rd N, Under the Volcano has proudly been a part of London’s cultural diversity bringing the unique flavours of Mexico to its customers. The love for Mexican food has grown tremendously, and will continue to do so as the need for more healthy and flavorful food is in demand. Along with their colorful Mexican dining room, they have a separate EXPRESS/ Take-Out for fresh, fast, tasty food to take home or be delivered. Their Chefs pride themselves in making meals from scratch daily. Their basic recipes are mildly spiced, but “erupting” with flavor!
They do NOT add any MSG, use zero trans fat oil for cooking and they specialize in fresh food! Under the Volcano cook their own chips daily, make their own salsa and slow roast their fajita beef. They do NOT add any preservatives or additives to any of their recipes. GLUTEN FREE, VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN MEALS is their specialty.
