Please fill out the form below to submit your business for consideration or to provide updates to your current listing. Your business must be located within the city of London and surrounding area (within 40 km) and must be relevant to the tourism and hospitality sector. Examples of qualifying partners include, but are not limited to, accommodations providers, restaurants, attractions, travel services, etc. Tourism London retains the right to accept or refuse all submissions. Partner Qualifications


Those qualifying to be partners of Tourism London include hotels, accommodations, civic entities, restaurants, attractions and entertainment organizations that are vitally concerned about the success of the Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) in creating economic and social impact for the destination.

Defining local tourism entities: any group or individuals who can affect or is affected by the activities and operations of the tourism sector. Tourism entities must be within 40 km of our municipal borders and provide one or more of the following:

  • Attraction (points of interest),
  • Accommodation (hotels, motels, resorts, campgrounds and recreational vehicle facilities),
  • Sport, Recreation and Entertainment (zoos, museums, theatres, concert venues, sports facilities, amusement parks, government parks, heritage sites, hunting, fishing or outdoor adventure outfitters and casinos),
  • Food and beverage services (restaurants from fast service to fine dining, as well as pubs, nightclubs, breweries, distilleries and wineries and convention services),
  • Travel services (retail travel agencies, wholesale tour companies or corporate offices with their own booking divisions),
  • Transportation (companies that provide transport by air or land that drive local visitations),
  • Suppliers (those who deliver goods, products or services to industry operators and visitors including AV and event suppliers) and
  • Other groups or individuals that the organization deems appropriate.

Partners must qualify as a member in good standing per Tourism London's organizational by-laws. Tourism London's Board of Directors retains the ability to discipline a member (including, but not limited to, termination of membership) in circumstances where such discipline ought to be exercised consistent with the provisions of Section 158 of the Canada Not For Profit Corporations Act.
